Complaints & Content Removal Policy
How to File a Complaint:
If you would like to file a complaint regarding any content on our platform, please contact us via email at support@tapful.app. All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days, and you will receive an email notification once a decision has been made.
We will assess the validity of the complaint in accordance with our terms and conditions. If the content is found to be infringing, illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, it will be removed from the platform.
Content Removal Criteria:
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights
- Illegal or abusive in nature
- Violating our Terms of Service or guidelines
- Otherwise inappropriate or harmful to users
Appeals Policy:
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal for its removal, please contact us via email at support@tapful.app.
If there is a disagreement regarding the appeal outcome, the matter may be escalated to a neutral third-party for resolution.
