for all users of our website tapful.app (the "Site") and our services (collectively, the "Services"). This

Services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Subscription Services
a. Monthly Subscriptions:
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
before the next billing cycle. To cancel a monthly subscription, visit your account settings and follow the
cancellation instructions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds
will be issued for partial months or unused services.
3. One-Time Purchases
a. Content Purchases:
All purchases of content (e.g., videos, photos, or other digital goods) are final and non-refundable. In the
event of technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact our support team at
support@tapful.app for assistance.
All content on our platform is intended for viewing only within the platform itself. Downloading, screen
capturing, or any other attempt to copy or distribute content is strictly prohibited. We utilize various
technological measures to prevent unauthorized access and protect the intellectual property of our Creators.
If a Creator chooses to delete their account, any content they have uploaded to the platform, including
content that has been purchased by users, will be permanently removed. Users who have purchased such content
will lose access to it. This policy is in place to protect the privacy and intellectual property rights of
our Creators.
4. Refund Policy
a. General Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of unauthorized transactions or technical issues caused
by Tap that prevent access to the Services. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our

within 30 days of the transaction date with your order details and a description of the issue.
b. Chargebacks:
We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated, your account may be suspended
or terminated at our discretion.
5. Cancellations
a. User-Initiated Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the
end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Services until then. No refunds will be
issued for the remaining period of a subscription.
b. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
Tap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any
violation of our Terms and Conditions of Service or this Refund and Cancellation Policy. In the event that
Tap terminates your account for reasons other than a breach of our policies, a prorated refund for the
remaining period of your subscription may be issued at our discretion.
