Tapful Mindful Inc., operating as Tap, does not permit access to our services by anyone under 18 years of age. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us immediately at hello@tapful.app.
We take user concerns seriously. Any user may report content that they believe is illegal, violates our Community Standards, or is otherwise harmful. To submit a complaint or content removal request, please email hello@tapful.app with a clear description of the issue, the URL or identifier of the relevant content, your account email (if applicable), and any supporting details. For billing disputes, please include transaction identifiers where possible.
Review timeline: All reported complaints and content removal requests will be acknowledged promptly and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt.
Review process: Upon receipt of a complaint, our Trust & Safety team will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint by email.
- Assess the reported content or conduct against our Terms of Service and Community Standards.
- Gather any additional context or evidence as needed.
- Make a determination and communicate the outcome to the reporting party within five (5) business days.
Potential outcomes: Following a review, one or more of the following actions may be taken:
- No action, if the reported content does not violate our policies.
- Removal or restriction of the reported content.
- Issuance of a warning to the responsible account.
- Temporary suspension of the responsible account.
- Permanent termination of the responsible account.
- Referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law.
Appeals process: If you disagree with a determination made as a result of a complaint review, you may appeal by writing to hello@tapful.app within thirty (30) days of the decision. Your appeal should include your account information, the decision you are appealing, and any supporting information you wish us to consider. Appeals are reviewed in good faith by a member of our team who was not involved in the original decision. We will respond to appeals within five (5) business days. An appeal does not guarantee reversal of a decision or a particular outcome.
Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, all models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions. Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for materials produced after July 3, 1995, are kept by the custodian of records at the address and contact information provided below. The operator of this website is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2)) of any of the visual content contained in the website.
