1. Introduction
Welcome to Tap, a mindfulness and wellness platform owned and operated by Tapful Mindful Inc. (doing business as "Tap"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tap mobile application and our website located at
tapful.app.
Tapful Mindful Inc. is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Eligibility and Capacity to Contract
By accessing or using Tap, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you possess the legal right and capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada. If you do not possess such legal capacity, you are not permitted to register for an account, access the Services, or purchase a subscription.
3. Description of Services and Content Control
Tap provides a curated digital platform dedicated to mindfulness, wellness, and educational content through proprietary media, audio, and text-based tools designed for personal growth and emotional well-being. Tap is a curated content provider and is not a social media, peer-to-peer, or creator-based platform. All content available through the Services is curated, reviewed, and provided exclusively by Tapful Mindful Inc. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing any content to the platform. Tapful Mindful Inc. maintains absolute and exclusive control over all media and materials published through the Services.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to the Services requires a paid subscription. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). While Tapful Mindful Inc. is a Canadian corporation, we utilize USD as our primary currency to serve our global community. You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion costs applied by your financial institution. By subscribing, you authorize our third-party payment processors to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, according to your selection.
5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the subsequent period, you must cancel your subscription—either through in-app self-service or by emailing
support@tapful.app
—at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing period, after which access will terminate.
6. Refund Policy
All subscription sales are final and non-refundable. In accordance with Ontario consumer protection standards for digital services, Tapful Mindful Inc. does not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused content. If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact

within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to software, audio, text, graphics, and imagery, are the property of Tapful Mindful Inc. or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and stream content for personal, non-commercial use within the application. Downloading, screen-recording, redistributing, or creating derivative works from any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Wellness and Entertainment Disclaimer
Tapful Mindful Inc. is not a medical organization or licensed healthcare provider. The content provided through the Services is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, or clinical therapy. Use of the Services is at your own risk. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health condition.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapful Mindful Inc. and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
Tapful Mindful Inc. adheres to Canadian Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing regulations. The Services are restricted to subscription-based access only. Peer-to-peer transfers, tipping, and digital currency exchanges are not permitted. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) or other relevant authorities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
